I love street photography. Catching images, a moment in time. Natural, never posed, people in their everyday environment. Without street photography we could never look back on times gone by.

Arty Studio work

Here you will find some old photo shoots I did way back in the day. Mainly arty portraiture shoots sold to magazines, poster & postcard companies. Shot in black and white, on old fashioned film, and developed by myself in a smelly little dark room. No Adobe filters here !!

Macro – All things great and small

Macro photography is brilliant, you will never look at a flower or insect the same way once you have zoomed in and seen them up so close! You see things in your photographs that the naked eye does not.

I have seen some breath taking landscapes in my time, but have never been able to capture them onto film very well. Here are my efforts !

I enjoy taking photos of trees, flowers, the sky and sometimes the moon. Visiting show gardens and parks. A stroll about nature. And take in the beauty of it all.

What can I say . . . Its random photographs ! Chickens, Still life and more randomness. Also messing with effects and seeing what comes out !

Portraits with a difference

Environmental portraiture. Its nice to take photographs that leave the viewer wondering where and what the person in the photo is all about.

Low Light Shooting

A few music bands shot in low light, and other low light projects I have tried. Fireworks, dimly lit rooms, natural low lighting.
